From cherry to container

We control every step so the coffee you approve in the sample is the same coffee that arrives in the shipment.

  1. Selective picking

Only ripe cherries are hand-picked, in several passes per harvest.

  2. Processing

Washed with controlled fermentation; honey and natural in limited lots.

  3. Drying

Sun or greenhouse dried until the parchment reaches 10–12% moisture.

  4. Hulling and sorting

We grade by screen size and remove defects before a lot is offered.

  5. Shipping

Jute bags with hermetic liners from Buenaventura or Cartagena. Every shipment is registered with the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC).

Quality you can check before you buy

You don't have to take our word for it. You check the coffee yourself before you sign and again before it ships.

Samples from the actual lot

Before any contract, we send you a sample from the lot you would receive, not a generic one. You cup it and decide.
