2°N Coffee Co., a green coffee export business based in Cali, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. You can contact us at the email below.

What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, country, buyer type, line of interest, estimated volume and message. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language choice on your own device.

What we use it for

To answer your inquiry, send you samples, spec sheets and quotes, and follow up on a business relationship with you. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a service based in the United States, and delivered to our email. To show fonts and images, your browser also connects to Google Fonts, Unsplash and Pexels, which may receive your IP address. By sending the form, you authorize this international transfer of your data.

How long we keep it

While we have a business relationship with you or for as long as we need to answer your inquiry. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of your authorization; ask how we use your data; revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data; and file a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
